Zeynep Zorlu is founding partner at ZMT Ventures, an Istanbul, Turkey-based venture capital firm investing in seed- and early-stage technology companies. As of April 2017, Zeynep has stepped in to CreatorDen, a TRPE VP portfolio company, as the company’s interim CEO. Zeynep is a Class 20 Kauffman Fellow.
Zeynep has a particular interest in companies that address real customer problems, with high growth potential in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector and with a greater focus on B2B solutions. She is a board member at CreatorDen and a board observer at Twentify, Pisano, Deriva, Iven, and Startsub.
Stepping into the business life at Pfizer Turkey, Zeynep filled various posts in corporate strategy development and business intelligence departments. Later on, she worked with Zorlu Property Group in specific projects for Zorlu Center, a mixeduse property development investment. In 2014, she joined the fund management team at TRPE Venture Partners.
