Throughout his 22-year semiconductor career, he has played an important role in the corporate growth of HMC (Hittite Microwave Corporation), headquartered in Boston, by improving high-performance microchips that are used in wireless communication, industrial infrastructures, and the automotive industry, in the IPO of the company in 2006, and in the acquisition of the company in 2014 as a shareholder and an EVP (Executive Vice President). From that day on, he pursued his career as Executive Manager in Analog, the company that had acquired HMC.
He is an active member of Galata Business Angels and in Endeavor investor network, both as an investor and a mentor. In the last three years, he has taken part in 15 different organizations, especially in AI (Artificial Intelligence), Autonomous Driving, and IoT (Internet of Things) fields, both as an investor and a co-founder. Guven received B.S. Degree from Electric and Electronics Engineering Department at METU (Middle East Technical University, 1998), Executive MBA Degree from Koç University (2009), and Enterprise Leadership Degree from MIT Sloan School of Management (2015). Guven is married and a father of two.
